Good day and Happy Sunday Fun day to you all, my friends… I truly hope you’re having a blessed day.

Today I would like to touch on some points of reflection of both past and present via a positive scope.

The short verb adage “re”, introduces us to a form of hope and quite frankly second chances. E.g. (Re-energize, Re-generate, Re-boot, Re-cycle, Re-store, Re-storation, etc…)

While one could theoretically argue the negative connotations of said word, let’s go ahead and go a little deeper in the opposing end of that spectrum. Let’s “Re-main” positive.

I believe that this life, although it may look different for us all to some degree, really shapes out to look the same for us all in beings that we’re all human. Natural wonder, wouldn’t you say??

Being raised in church and eventually growing up and coming into my own adulthood, I, like many others (namely everyone out there in the world… hello 👋🏼) saw stuff and experienced things along the way leading up to this point that helped to condition and bring to light the very person I have become today, a.k.a. Experience 😃

Now, that’s not to say that I don’t have a responsibility to maintain conditioning who I am to continually become. If that were the case, there’d either probably be a lot more of us in prison, or complete anarchy lurking at every corner. That’s not to say these occurrences aren’t real world problems. I may be an optimist, but not naive. I’m just stating from my point of view is all.

So getting back on track here, 35 years is a chunk of time to be graced to walk this earth. I most definitely look forward to many more ahead of me as well. That does not mean however that I take for granted the days I’m given. Provided, we all meet a time where much needed rest is an appropriate retreat.

While this stands true, another fact of life rings out from this. If you want to stay on top you have to be willing to dedicate your mind and heart to doing so. Where so many go wrong is in giving up, and for so many years, that is all I knew.

Somewhere along the line in my latter youth, I met some friends who challenged my thinking. My ways. My process. To this day those people are still my friends and I feel I owe them my constant gratitude for helping to open my eyes, heart, and mind to different perspectives.

It took many years between then and now to surf to a point where I began to recognize that the waves grow taller, the more we excel in life. You need to learn how to adjust your stance and approach to the wave as you go. And somtimes, there’s not a lot of time to stop to learn to transition. You just do it, like Nike 😉

So getting back to the power of “Re”. Words and thoughts we use bring forth action. Some use Chakras to re-align these, some go to the Bible, some workout religiously, some study hard, others pioneer their own path. Great 👌🏼👍🏼🤝

However whoever does what they do to attain this lot, it’s a valuable and fundamental constant lesson to live in and grow from.

If you really deep down inside want something, you’ll do just about anything to get it, have it, and make it yours. It’s when we’re willing to recognize the “impossible” as a pro instead of a con. It’s where you see things for what they could be instead of accepting them as they mundanely appear.

Break up that word and it becomes “I’m-possible”. Then deferring from the once seen negative perspective, ascending into a more tranquil epiphany. Food for thought ☝🏼

So, if you really, really, desire goodness in your life, be willing to take off the glasses of your own perspective and try on another’s pair. learning from, sharpening and adding to your own assortment of life tools.

When you begin to realize the only limitation is the limitation we put on ourselves, a vast sky of opportunity falls on us and it’s like a secret passage way into a far away place that would otherwise take us a very long journey to. However, we don’t need to wait to get there. Just embrace and accept.

It’s like the waves. The perfect set is coming for us all. Which speaking of; just because you might miss a set or two along the way here or there, does not disqualify you. Get back up and keep trying, you’re here with me alive, awake, and reading this!!

That is where the true power of “Re” can be found. If you want it, ask for it. It will come to you, whether you feel you’re ready or not. Best thing you can do is just get on and go. Let go of the preconceived notions and ride that waver out. The answers will come. You’ll gain valuable lessons along the way as well.

And just because you may misplace a soul or two along the way does not mean you should give up. We are all guilty of doing so along the way. And every great once in a while those missed souls will re-turn. It’s all part of the re-cycling process.

I will tell you, the ones who stick by your side through it all are the ones to hold onto. They will be the ones to point you back to your own path when you begin to question.
